• Can you customize products to meet our specifications?

  We can offer custom service(Including customized colors, customized logos and customized packaging, etc.). If you want to develop a new product, we also can help you. We have our own R&D teams to design and develop new products for you.

• Do you have a minimum order quantity?

  Generally for custom color and logo products, our MOQ is 1000~3000pcs. If the product in the stock, we can support you 100pcs as trial order.

• Can you provide product samples?

  For stock samples, we can ship at once and free to support you. For custom samples, the production time is 7-10 days, and for bulk order, the production time is 30-40 days depending on order volume and customization.

• Do you have thelabel service? Bar code or FBA label?

  We can help to print and sticker bar code, FBA lable or other lables.

• What is your payment term? How to place theorder?

  We usually accept LC, T/T,PayPal,or Credit Card via Alibaba Trade Assurance or Western Union is ok for us too.
